I was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming and traveled to Washington, DC at a very young age to be baptized in the United Methodist Church there. Attending Stetson University in Deland, Florida, I discovered that I truly loved Church music and directing it. I felt closer to God as I practiced the hymns and taught the anthems.
After graduation, I took a job at Community United Methodist Church in Holiday where I learned I loved all ages of music ministry from Children's choirs, to adults to bells and instruments. My love for God, for people and music makes what I do as worship director here at First UMC Hudson a life long journey.
