To change an event... please include:
- Contact person with phone number and e-mail
- Name of Event (i.e. Volunteer Appreciation)
- Date(s) already on the calendar of the event you want to change
- A description of the change you want to make (i.e. move to Howard Hall)

When you click "Submit" the form will be replaced with a message indicating your information has been sent. If you leave this page without clicking "Submit," what you've entered is not saved.
The office will review your add/change/delete request and, if approved, update the church calendar. This usually can be done in 24-hours.
The trustees will determine if outside groups may use our facilities and if there is a charge. Non-ministry functions will need proof of $1-million in liability insurance to indemnify the church.
